Scientific Purpose/Goals: Supplement existing Chirp subbottom profiles in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound with deeper penetration Boomer profiling system. These data will contribute to a more complete geologic framework for the Mass CZM mapping program.

Information to be Derived:
Summary of Activity and Data Gathered: Approximately 140 line-km of seismic data were collected in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound. A boomer source, Geometrics 8-channel GeoEel and acquisition stem were used. Digital seismic-reflection data were acquired in SEG-Y or SEG-D format. Navigation was DGPS and was logged in raw Hypack format.
