"descript": "Water elevation from compound coastal hazards\u2014specifically sea-level rise (SLR) and projected coastal storms\u2014are provided for Pierce County, Washington. The water elevation products are consistent with other data in this release (for example, flood extent and flood depth), supporting integrated coastal hazard assessments for Washington communities. The data are provided as gridded rasters (GeoTIFFs) for 36 storm and SLR combinations (SLR scenarios 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0 meters (m) combined with 1-year, 10-year, 20-year, 50-year, and 100-year storm return periods, as well as the background, no storm, conditions).",

Distributions are detailed topographic and bathymetric maps, geolocated photographs, or sea-floor descriptions; Distributions includes maps that interpret observations to categorize areas on the basis of geoform types such as those in CMECS. Assessment types include evaluations of ecological or human use value and can include models that project environmental or economic effects of erosion, climate change, dredging, and other stressors. Predictions are the results of models or projections of future distributions, values, or ecological impacts of physical habitats, including predicted changes due to natural and human forces; they are also from scenario-based models of resource losses, gains, or impacts on ecological or economic values under different management strategies (for example, mining, removal, relocation, or the building of structures)."
