Once all the bathymetric-surface models were transformed to a common projection and datum, the files were combined into one overall 2-m-resolution bathymetric-surface model, merged with onshore elevation data from Finlayson (2005), and clipped to the boundary of the map area. Difference calculations of the overlapping bathymetry grids showed that there is good agreement between surveys, even though the data were collected at different times.
