The polygons were attributed using a modified version of the NOS/NOAA coral reef habitat digitizing extension for Esri ArcView (http://biogeo.nos.noaa.gov/products/apps/digitizer). Attributes are generated directly in the shapefile and errors are not expected. The shapefiles are free of topology errors.
