USGS Thermal Tower Reef Camera Timestack, Papaloloa, Ofu, American Samoa
A digital thermal camera was installed at Papaloloa reef on Ofu, American Samoa and faced west along the beach. Every minute from February 3, 2020, to August 1, 2020, the camera collected raw radiometric snapshot images. The camera is part of a U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) research project to study the effects of temperature on coral reef health.
