Changes in version 1.1:

1. Original release said the horizontal datum was WGS84, but it is actually NAD83.  Metadata files were updated to give the correct datum of NAD83(2011).  The shapefiles projection was redefined (not reprojected) to indicate the correct datum. Note that the data itself was not changed by reprojection.
