Summary of Activity and Data Gathered: Recovery of approx. 150 vapor diffusion sampling bottles emplaced into the lake sediments 2 weeks ago. An on-site gas chromatigraphic unit (EPA) will analyze the samples as they are recovered by the USGS divers. The hope is to define the 'footprint' of the SD-5 plume originating from Otis Air Force Base.
