Scientific Purpose/Goals: Primary purpose to test the interferometric swath system on a small vessel with new mount for shallow river surveying. Secondly, to use the information from the Coda Octopus F190R to post process external navigation from a base station.

Information to be Derived: Interferometric swath bathymetry data collected with MarineSTAR HP. This data will be post processed using two types of navigation data strings and then compared. The first post process method will utilize the MarineSTAR HP navigation, and the second method will utilize Insight software program that uses data from CodaOctopus F190R RD files and a local GPS base station.

Summary of Activity and Data Gathered: Collected 8 swath lines and one roll calibration line.
