Summary of Activity and Data Gathered: Collected 24 subsamples (1 cm snips) from a single Swiftia colony for preservation experiment; collected 24 subsamples (1 cm snips) from a single Muricea colony for preservation experiment; collected single snip samples from 3 sick colonies that had been treated with antibiotic and 3 sick colonies that had not been treated.

Notes: Platform not applicable. Hand-sampled corals from aquaria.
