Purpose Collect baseline data for West Florida Shelf carbon flux models.
Location Offshore transect from Panama City to De Soto Canyon, FL and from Mobile Bay, AL to De Soto Canyon. Also transects from De Soto Canyon to St. Petersburg.
Info derived Sea water dissolved inorganic carbon, alkalinity, CO2, pH, temperature, salinity, chlorophyll, dissolved oxygen, oxygen and carbon stable isotopes.
Comments Additional Equipment: Also using two new devices, the AFT-pH, AFT-CO2, and laptop. These are two flow-thru sea water analyzers that measure pH and pCO2 values every 15 minutes.
