Purpose To quantify the geochemical components, greenhouse gas fluxes and carbon storage in a tidal marsh system in three study sites, Sage Lot Pond, Hamblin Pond and Great Pond, Waquoit Bay and East Falmouth, Ma.

Summary Continuous measurements of greenhouse gas fluxes, and discrete water sample collection over a complete tidal cycle in 3 estuarine creeks once per month. Time series data from deployed water quality sensors and ADCP. Total of 9 sampling events over this period.
