To collect video imagery of the Sacramento River to test real-time PIV technology.
Equipment or personnel only. Data, if any, are managed under a different field activity.
Location
Sacramento River
Summary
Video imagery was collected using the USGS/NASA RiOS payload. Aerial images were collected of the river and surrounding terrain using a Skydio X10 UAS and a 10-band Micasense Rededge Dual camera system equipped to a DJI Matrice 600 UAS.
Info derived
Flow velocity, elevation, natural color (RGB) imagery, and multispectral reflectance imagery.
Comments
I was participating in this field work as additional support. I listed myself as PI since I could not enter the actual PI into that field. The data was published through a different USGS center and I have no further responsibility for the data.
