Field Activity 10LGC01

Identifier 10LGC01
Purpose To acquire ground control data for LIDAR mapping.
Location Chandeleur Islands, LA

The total station was used to obtain ground elevations referenced to the WGS84 ellipsoid in six different ground cover Environments including: bare earth; shallow water; emergent vegetation; tall vegetation; short vegetation and mangrove scrub.
Info derived Ground Elevation and vegetation heights referenced to control point "Pt. Mark" on the Chandeleur Islands in various ground cover environments.
