Summary
Flew for 3 days in March 2021 under the UAS Readiness Waiver approved on 12/11/20. These were 3/23/21, 3/24/21, and 3/30/21. The mission was to renew pilot proficiency in both UAS piloting as well as field protocols for the use of sensors. Over the course of the 3 days, 13 flights were conducted using the 3DR SOLO equipped with a Ricoh camera shooting true-color images at 2-second intervals. A total of 4 flights with the 3DR SOLO and Ricoh camera were conducted on 3/23, totaling 1,531 JPEG (8.57 GB) and 1531 DNG (26.9 GB) images. A total of 1 flight was conducted on 3/24 with a DJI Mavic Pro with built in camera, resulting in 2 MP4s (1.718 GB), 2 THMs (23 KB), 2 LRVs (25.325 MB), and 1 JPEG (6.87 MB). A total of 9 flights with the 3DR SOLO and Ricoh camera were conducted on 3/30, totaling 3,412 JPEG (17.1 GB) and 3,418 DNG (60 GB) images. The images are currently being stored on the AIMNAS server.
