From November 8-13, 2022, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) conducted geophysical surveys to investigate the geologic controls on barrier island evolution and sediment transport offshore of Boca Chica Key, Florida (FL). Geophysical data were collected as part of the Coastal Sediment Availability and Flux and Defense Advanced Research Protection Agency (DARPA) Reefense projects.
