This data release includes boomer 3D seismic data collected in 2012 within Estero Bay, central California as part of PG&E’s Central California Seismic Imaging Project (Pacific Gas and Electric Company [PG&E], 2014). The U.S. Geological Survey conducted advanced post-processing on the data to remove noise and improve overall image quality, following the workflow described by Kluesner and Brothers, 2016. Following the generation of the cleaned 3D volume, data were exported using the OpendTect software package. The 3D data volume is in SEG-Y format and is provided here.
