Summary of Activity and Data Gathered: Visited locations within Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary. A customized Van Veen grab sampler (SEABOSS) equipped with a video camera and a conductivity, temperature, and depth (CTD) instrument was deployed in drift mode to collect sediment for grain-size analysis, video imagery of the seabed, and measurements of water column properties. Total stations 33; total CTD casts 33; total sediment samples 27; total video drifts (2.5 to 4.5 min, 0.6 to 1.1 gigabytes) 33; total seabed images 66; total sediment sample images 0.
