COMMENTS: Seismic line for this core is Line AT#3 (sparker). This lines runs from 1715-1733 hrs. Core at 1733 hrs. on record. Core into till? (site III-5A on uniboom record line 8, UCONN 84-1). Small void at top of section; not cut..
PENTROMETER RECORD: Rapid 0-5'; very slow 6'-end
0-130 cm (Section 1A) - 0-19 cm: olive gray, 5Y 4/2, silt, clay, sand, and gravel; some shell hash, very disturbed, partial core. 19-36 cm: olive gray, 5Y 4/2, silt, clay and fine - medium sand, gradational contact. 36-106 cm: light gray/gray, 5Y 6/1, medium - coarse sand with random shell, gravel, and zones of silty fine sand; dense shell hash between 71-76 cm. 106-130 cm: olive, 5Y 4/3, medium and fine sand and silt with a concentration of subangular pebbles at 124-130 cm.
